  This business needs to answer their phone. Called during working hours on two occasions and wasted time just listening to a recorded message. If you want good service Hertz Welshpool.

  I would give 0 star. I would advice you guys not to trust them for the after hours return (the key drop box option). I returned the car with a full tank of fuel and dropped the key, but on the bond return, the manager deducted money from my bond and claimed a full tank fuel price!! So ugly!!

  Absolutely appalling customer service. So rude, kept looking at his computer screen. Didn't have a credit card only cash to pay for the bond and they wouldn't accept it. My insurance company organised the hire car. I would never ever hire anything from this company. Teach your staff some decent customer service.

  After having an accident I hired a car through them.
  
  As it was the insurance company who sent me there, I wasn't expecting much.
  
  I was pleasantly surprised. Staff were great, car was immaculate.
  
  Will return if I need a car again who I would send family and friends to.
