    Excellent customer service and great product. The floor layer did a great job. We love our new floors and would definitely recommend Floorwise.

    Worse than one star. Many Fairwork cases are ongoing for this company, as the owner treats his staff like dogs. Staff only stay for short amount of time due to this. He claims to be a 'great Australian company that values his staff', however he now employs a large team in Asia to do all his estimating and accounts - taking jobs away from us Aussies. A very high number of 457 visa holders and foreign workers employed. Warranty works and defect works ignored. Gets a lot of work on account of his very cheap staff, but not respected in the industry by anyone.
