Their rates may seem reasonable for hourly pricing, but when they charge 3 hours for multiple 7 minute jobs (that are widely recognised as small jobs), you know something’s up. I then enquired with other panel eaters regarding the time it takes to do all the other things on the invoice and they verified the obscene overcharging and blatant lying about labour times. Disappointed with your dishonesty guys, really unfortunate.

Staff member Matt was an absolute legend and his customer service was outstanding in regards to getting the repairs rectified in a very timely manner.
He went above and beyond.

As a RAC client I received a Budget Hire car. Sign in car shows NO SMOKING.
